Tips and tricks from renters who have been there and done that

We have asked some of our renters to share their experiences in Scotland and here are some that you may find useful.

So, what did you take from your trip to Scotland?

Scottish roads can be very narrow - ATTENTION to speed limits and curvy roads !

+ driving on the left takes a little time to get used to.

"Perfect back-counrty camping"

Campgrounds"are generally very good"

Campgrounds are vey well equipped for emptying your waste tanks and refilling you water tanks as well.

Switching between back-country camping and campgrounds allows you to benefit from being alone in nature, as well as experiencing some comfort.

Tight roads, in order to avoid the crowds, visit less touristic sites.

To fully enjoy a stop, try to stay for 2 or 3 days (depending on the location of course)

Dont forget, every road-trip is unique. It's all up to you to create your own adventure! Safe travels!
