 The climate in Norway is temperate. The best time to visit the country is in spring when the flowers bloom, which gives beautiful landscapes. In summer, the weather is unstable. It can be very hot and then rainy causing a drop in temperature. In winter, it is less cold than in the countries of the Polar Circle, the hinterland is the place where it is the coldest.
